At The Groove Shack, Antoine is committed to cultivating the musical talents of our students. He brings a wealth of experience and a unique teaching style, ensuring each student receives personalized and attentive support throughout their musical journey.
Antoine Gilliéron - Guitar/Bass/Piano
Antoine has been immersed in music since his early childhood. He grew up listening to his father's blues, soul, R&B, jazz, funk, rock, and pop records. At 9, he found himself clapping on stage between Steve Cropper and Eddie Floyd at a Blues Brothers concert. He began learning guitar in middle school, then bass. He quickly joined numerous bands in different genres (Cold Bath, Three Hours Past Midnight, Killing Volts, etc.) and has hundreds of concerts to his credit. Over the years, he also learned piano and drums. Antoine has developed his own teaching method, based on fun, musicality, and artistic expression.
